Qualification :

M.E/M.Tech with minimum 60% marks or CGPA/CPI grading of a minimum of 6.5 on a 10 scale or equivalent and pre-eligibility qualification of Engineering degree should also with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks.

B.E/B.Tech with minimum of 65% marks or CGPA/CPI grading of a minimum of 6.5 on a 10 scale or equivalent.

Pay Scales :

Scientist / Engineer – SC  

Rs. 15,600-39,100/- with grade pay 5400/-  46,000/- per month.

Age Limit :

35 yrs as on 1^st Sep 2014.

Min age limit is 18 yrs for Ex-Servicemen & PWD are eligible for age relaxation as per Government of India orders.
